West Bromwich Albion Football Club Ltd is seeking a Youth Development Phase Coach to join the Academy Coaching department. You will work with the Lead Youth Development Phase coach, Academy Manager and Head of Coaching to deliver the 13-16 coaching programme and help players progress to the Professional Development pathway.

This full-time role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required, with benefits such as enhanced annual leave, sick pay, life assurance and a health cash plan.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS checks are required prior to commencement.
• References, qualifications, proof of identity and right to work in the UK checks will be carried out.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 13-16 Coaching programme as part of the Academy Coaching team.
• Support the Lead Youth Development Phase coach and other coaches to develop players age 13–16.
• Focus on holistic development to progress players into the Professional Development programme.
