Acis Group is seeking an Employment & Skills Officer to combine personalised employment support with high-quality training for young people and adults facing barriers. You will provide one-to-one coaching and group-based learning to build confidence, resilience, essential skills, digital capability and workplace readiness.

Formación

• Experience delivering both 1-2-1 and group sessions.
• Experience engaging with adults and children.
• Commitment to the employment of long-term unemployed.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to adapt delivery to learners’ needs.

Responsabilidades

• Support youth aged 16–24 through Youth Hub and progression toward education or employment.
• Recruit eligible participants to employment, skills and wellbeing programmes.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, create personalised action plans.
• Manage caseloads with regular contact and timely interventions.
• Deliver coaching and group learning in employability and digital skills.
• Assist with CVs, applications, job searches and interview prep.
• Use labour-market information to advise on career pathways and progression.
