Codi Group is seeking Scheme Support Officers to help young people aged 16 to 21 in Swansea. You will be the first point of contact, guiding them toward independent living and budgeting advice, including welfare benefits. A psychology-informed approach supports their goals within 24-hour temporary accommodation.

You will engage with residents, run workshops, perform checks, and build links with community services to address complex needs and promote safe living environments.

• Understanding of barriers faced by young people experiencing homelessness.
