The Enmase Group is seeking a Sales Executive in York to join a rapidly expanding training provider. The role involves outbound and inbound calls, managing existing accounts, and developing new business across sectors. Training is provided to support progression within the company.

You will work with the Business Development Manager and marketing to reach targets, develop client relationships, and attend client meetings and exhibitions nationwide. The position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or account management.
• Strong client account management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and telephone manners.
• Professional approach representing professionals in the market.
• Ability to build strong rapport quickly.
• Exposure selling into sectors like NHS, universities, councils is a plus.
• Proactive, consultative selling and initiative.

Responsabilités

• Make professional outbound calls to existing and dormant accounts to place orders for training.
• Answer inbound sales inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and sales team to hit targets.
• Coordinate with in-house marketing for email campaigns and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update CRM with client information and activities.
• Respond to customer emails and calls promptly and professionally.
• Attend exhibitions and client meetings across the country.
