Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting a Sales Executive to join a growing training provider in Leeds City Centre. You will drive course enrolments through a mix of inbound calls, warm leads and face-to-face meetings.

The role focuses on B2B/B2C sales, building relationships and guiding learners to the right courses, with targets and KPIs to achieve. Salary £32,000–£34,000 after probation, full-time permanent, based in Leeds.

Qualifikationen

• Confident on the telephone and face-to-face; target-driven.
• Experience in B2B/B2C sales or telesales ideal.
• Experience using a CRM system or similar sales tech.

Aufgaben

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective learners.
• Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into enrolments.
• Meet learners face-to-face at the Leeds office to discuss training options.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training courses.
• Maintain CRM records and enrolment documentation accurately.
• Work towards individual sales targets and KPIs.
