ENMASE Group in York is seeking a Sales Executive to join a rapidly expanding training business. The role suits both entry level and experienced sales professionals and offers training and support to help you succeed while you develop in a team that values internal and external growth.

You will handle warm and cold calls, convert inquiries, and work with the Business Development Manager to hit targets. You will also update the CRM, attend exhibitions, and build strong client relationships across

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or account management.
• Strong client account management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a clear, confident telephone manner.
• Professional approach when representing the company in the market.
• Ability to build strong rapport quickly.
• Exposure to M&E clients, Universities NHS, Councils or similar client bases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make professional outbound calls to existing and dormant accounts and speak to decision makers.
• Answer incoming sales enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and the sales team to hit targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote email campaigns and follow up on responses.
• Update the CRM database with client and company details.
• Respond to customer emails and calls promptly and professionally.
• Attend exhibitions nationwide and participate in client meetings with colleagues.
