The ENMASE Group is seeking a Sales Executive in York to join a fast-growing UK training provider. The role involves making warm and cold outbound calls, expanding existing accounts, and developing new clients while working with the Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate will have sales or account management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly. The role offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or account management.
• Strong client account management & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a clear telephone manner.
• Professional approach representing professionals in the market.
• Ability to build strong rapport quickly.
• Exposure to selling into NHS, Universities, Councils and similar client bases would be ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Make professional outbound calls into existing and dormant accounts and speak to decision makers.
• Answer incoming sales calls and handle training inquiries with accurate information.
• Work with the Business Development Manager and sales team to hit targets.
• Collaborate with in-house marketing to promote email campaigns and follow up responses.
• Update CRM with client information and keep contact and company details current.
• Reply to customer emails and calls promptly and professionally.
• Attend exhibitions across the country and client meetings with colleagues.
