Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Executive to drive course enrolments in Leeds City Centre. The role blends telephone sales, face-to-face consultations and customer engagement to convert enquiries into enrolments.

You will manage customer journeys from initial contact to enrolment, build strong relationships and meet individual sales targets in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B/B2C sales, internal sales or telesales.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills with customers.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective learners.
• Follow up warm enquiries and convert opportunities into enrolments.
• Meet learners face-to-face at the Leeds office to discuss options.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable training courses.
