Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Supporting the team in the preparation of project schedules and contract documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
• Attending site meetings and contractor progress meetings as needed.
• Providing administrative support to Project Managers to deliver activities efficiently.
• Developing understanding of client requirements and contributing to client-focused solutions.
• Taking minutes and recording key actions during meetings.
• Supporting the preparation of performance and progress reports.
• Assisting in collecting and analyzing project data for decision-making.
• Helping develop and implement time/resource management plans.
• Coordinating with Project Managers to maintain project programmes.
