You will join a structured Accelerate Programme and work toward Chartered membership of RICS. Throughout the programme you gain experience across varied projects, building technical, commercial and leadership skills while contributing to project objectives and on-schedule

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or higher required or expected.
• Excellent working knowledge of IT systems.
• Strong client care and relationship-building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Trustworthy, reliable and professional in approach.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project programmes and monitoring deadlines and milestones.
• Record minutes and actions from project meetings; support data analysis and performance reporting.
• Provide progress updates to clients and maintain regular communications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Assist with contract documentation preparation and administration.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as required.
• Support Project Managers in delivering objectives and deliverables.
• Prepare performance and ranking reports; provide regular project progress updates.
• Analyze project data to inform decisions and objectives.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement action plans to manage time, resources, and processes.
• Support project activities to ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate with managers and teams to maintain programmes.
• Monitor project implementation and gather progress data.
• Assist with project close-out and completion activities.
