Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald LLP is seeking a Year Out PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting and project controls across a range of infrastructure assignments. Based in London, you will gain hands-on experience within a Programme Management Office, developing skills in Excel, Power BI and stakeholder coordination.

You'll work under supervision for 9-12 months, applying analytical thinking to monitor schedule, cost and risk, while building a strong foundation in programme management and

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and administration of PMO governance processes, procedures and controls across projects and programmes.
• Support the collection, management and analysis of project and programme data to identify trends, risks and performance issues.
• Assist with schedule management activities, monitoring milestones, deliverables and key dates.
• Assist with cost management activities, including monitoring spend against budgets.
• Support project teams in maintaining accurate programme documentation, trackers and records.
