ARM International in the United Kingdom seeks a proactive PMO Analyst to collect, analyse and present complex programme information, ensuring accurate dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders. You will maintain registers, track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies, and support governance and planning activities.

Experience in PMO, project support or portfolio reporting, plus strong Excel and data analysis skills, is essential. Public sector or local government exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, analysing and presenting complex information.
• Background in PMO, project support, programme management, or portfolio reporting.
• Experience maintaining spreadsheets, dashboards, reports, registers and project documentation.
• Working knowledge of RAID, milestones, dependencies, benefits and action tracking.
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather information and meet reporting deadlines.
• Previous experience within local government or the public sector.
• Exposure to transformation programmes or large-scale efficiency initiatives.
• Relevant qualifications in project management, programme management, business analysis or portfolio management.

Responsabilités

• Collect, validate and analyse programme and project data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Maintain programme registers, including milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, benefits and actions.
• Produce regular portfolio reports, dashboards, highlight reports and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Identify and elevate data quality issues, missing information, overdue actions and reporting concerns.
• Work with delivery teams to gather accurate information and follow up on outstanding updates.
• Analyse programme progress, risks and benefits to identify trends and potential issues.
• Support planning, mobilisation, assurance activities and programme governance.
• Contribute to improving reporting templates, dashboards and PMO processes.
