Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Garston (L19). The role supports Year 4 pupils, delivering small group interventions and one-to-one support, with duties across lesson delivery and resource management.

The position is full-time and temporary with potential for long-term opportunities, paying £14.25–£15.50 per hour through PAYE.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a school team.
• Relevant TA qualification desirable but not essential.

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Garston (L19) area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or an aspiring education professional looking to gain valuable classroom experience within Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate will support pupils in Year 4, working closely with the class teacher to help deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted interventions, and contribute to a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.

The Role:
