Teaching Personnel is partnering with a Catholic primary school in the Aintree area to recruit a committed Year 4 Teaching Assistant. The role runs from January 2027 through to July 2027, with the exciting possibility of a school-based contract thereafter.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with primary-aged children.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant.
• SEN experience is desirable and would be highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, nurturing and adaptable approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Relevant TA qualification desirable but not essential for experienced candidates.

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a catholic primary school in the Aintree area that is seeking a committed Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2027 through to July 2027, with the exciting possibility of securing a school-based contract thereafter.

As a Year 4 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support learning across the curriculum and help create an engaging classroom environment.

The class includes pupils with additional needs, so experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be highly advantageous.
