Job summary

Key Stage Teacher Supply is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming Darwen primary school to teach within a Year5 class. This is a full time, long term role, starting after the October half term and continuing.

You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons, monitor pupil progress and contribute to a positive classroom culture while collaborating with teaching staff and leadership. The role emphasises safeguarding and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Proactive and reflective approach to teaching.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
• Enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

Key Stage Teacher Supply is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Darwen to teach within a Year5 class.
