Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd. is seeking a Year 5 Teacher for a part-time, long-term position starting immediately in a Banbury primary school. You will plan and deliver KS2 lessons, differentiate for all learners, and support pupil progress within a nurturing environment.

The role requires QTS, KS2 experience, and a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum. Safeguarding commitments and collaboration with staff and parents are essential to success.

Qualifications

• QTS is required and you must be registered to teach in the UK.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and safeguarding responsibilities.

Duties as Year 5 Teacher:

Ideal Year 5 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
