Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher for a mainstream primary school in BR1, Bromley. The role is a temporary contract, full-time, starting September 2026 and ending July 2027, with a daily rate of £170.

The successful candidate will plan, prepare, and mark lessons, lead parents' evenings, and deliver engaging Year 4 teaching. QTS and at least 1 year KS2 UK experience, plus safeguarding training, are required. The school supports professional development and progression.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
• The successful candidate will be required to register and have passed all safeguarding/vetting checks with Prospero Teaching in order to fill this vacancy.
• Any adult working with children and vulnerable young people are responsible for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of the children and young people.
