Flourish Education seeks a Year 4 Teacher in Redditch for a full-time position starting in November. You will take full responsibility for a Year 4 class, plan engaging lessons and assess pupil progress while maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Candidates should have QTS and prior primary school experience, with KS2 experience desirable. The role includes planning, preparation, assessment, and day-to-day running of the classroom in a supportive school community.

Qualificações

• Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting (Key Stage 2).
• Strong planning, preparation and assessment skills.
• Confident, enthusiastic and committed to high-quality teaching.
• Positive behaviour management and safeguarding focus.

Responsabilidades

• Take full classroom responsibility for a Year 4 class.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet needs.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
• Differentiate activities to support all learners and track progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and manage behaviour effectively.
• Communicate with colleagues and contribute to the school team.
• Maintain records of pupil progress and assessments as required.
