Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a motivated Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Radcliffe area. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, support pupils transitioning into Key Stage 2, and develop reading, writing and mathematical skills.

Ideal candidates will hold QTS, have primary teaching experience, and show excellent classroom management with a positive, enthusiastic approach to teaching. Opportunities for long‑term and permanent work across Bury are available.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS and primary teaching qualification.
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management and classroom control.
• Able to tailor lessons to meet diverse learner needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Year 3 lessons.
• Support pupils transitioning to Key Stage 2.
• Develop reading, writing and maths skills with differentiation.
• Monitor pupil progress and keep records.
• Establish positive classroom routines and expectations.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and colleagues.
