Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is assisting a welcoming primary school in Salford to appoint a full-time Year 4 teacher, starting ASAP.

You will deliver engaging, well-structured KS2 lessons and build positive relationships to help pupils develop confidence in their learning. The successful candidate will use White Rose Maths strategies to support understanding, deliver motivating English, reading and writing, and manage a calm, inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

• Strong KS2 knowledge and Year 4 curriculum delivery.
• Confident maths teaching using White Rose methods.
• Engaging English, reading and writing lessons to motivate pupils.
• Inclusive teaching to meet diverse learners including SEND.
• Positive behaviour management to maintain a calm classroom.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across core subjects.
• Create a positive classroom environment to support progress.
• Plan and assess to ensure pupils make good progress.
• Adapt lessons and resources for diverse learners, including SEND.
