Supply Desk Ltd is seeking a Year 2 Primary Teacher for a full-time role in Little Chalfont. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, support pupils' academic, social and emotional development, and help them transition to Key Stage 2. A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach is essential.

Formación

• QTS is required.
• Experience teaching in a primary school, ideally Year 2 or KS1.
• Strong understanding of KS1 National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse abilities and learning styles.
• Support pupils with SEND where needed.
• Establish clear expectations and manage behaviour positively.
• Foster confidence, independence, creativity and a love of learning.
• Prepare pupils for assessments and transitions to KS2.
• Collaborate with TAs, SENCO, and school leaders.
• Communicate progress with parents and carers.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and attainment.
• Follow safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety policies.
