Vision for Education Ltd is recruiting a Year 2 Class Teacher for a school in Ramsey, Cambridgeshire. The role runs from January 2027 to July 2027, delivering engaging Year 2 lessons and maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour. You will work with colleagues to ensure continuity and pupil progress across KS1.

Qualifications

• QTS required.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
• Enthusiastic, organised and committed to high standards of teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to support learning.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to support all learners.
• Communicate effectively with parents and the wider school community.
