• Experience in a similar or trade-related environment is helpful but not essential.
• A forklift licence, or willingness to be trained.
• A strong awareness of health and safety practices.
• Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Aufgaben

• Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional way, supporting with product enquiries.
• Safely loading and unloading vehicles, and preparing customer orders for collection or delivery.
• Operating forklifts and handling equipment in line with safety procedures.
• Supporting stock management, including replenishment and stock counts.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard environment.
• Working with the branch team to support sales, service and operational targets.
• Completing health and safety checks and required training.
• Representing the business positively and supporting our values of Decency, Passion and Pride.
• Carrying out any other reasonable duties to support the wider team and business.
