Job summary

STARK Group in Northern Ireland is seeking a proactive Yard Sales Advisor to assist with day-to-day yard operations, provide a welcoming customer experience and ensure a safe, well-stocked environment. You will help load/unload vehicles and prepare orders for collection or delivery, while keeping the yard organised and compliant with safety rules.

• Experience in a similar or trade-related environment is helpful but not essential.
• A forklift licence, or willingness to be trained.
• A strong awareness of health and safety practices.

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional way, supporting with product enquiries.
• Safely loading and unloading vehicles, and preparing customer orders for collection or delivery.
• Operating forklifts and handling equipment in line with safety procedures.
• Supporting stock management, including replenishment and stock counts.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard environment.
• Working with the branch team to support sales, service and operational targets.
• Completing health and safety checks and required training.
• Representing the business positively and supporting our values of Decency, Passion and Pride.
• Carrying out any other reasonable duties to support the wider team and business.

The Yard Sales Advisor plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the yard and delivering a positive customer experience. As one of the first points of contact for customers, you will help create a welcoming and efficient environment while ensuring the yard remains safe, organised

and well stocked.
