Job summary

XPO's Graduate Management Programme is a two-year development path designed to fast-track high-potential graduates into operations leadership roles across UK sites. From day one, you'll take real responsibility and drive improvements across warehouse and transport operations.

Across three eight-month placements, you’ll build hands-on leadership experience, work with senior mentors, and have a clear progression path to roles such as Transport Manager or General Manager after completion.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the programme,you’llbe:

• Leadingandcontributing tohigh-profileprojects involving QHSE, sustainability, continuousimprovementand new site launches
