Job summary

XPO Logistics in Gotham is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver key training material to drivers on site, run inductions for new starters, and lead health and safety training. This full-time role offers a clear path to develop your career within the UK-based XPO network.

The ideal candidate possesses expert knowledge of end-to-end training cycles, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence others to deliver excellent results; a Class 2 licence is preferred.

Pay, Benefits And More

We’re looking to pay up to £38,000 per annum dependent on experience. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

• Deliver key training material to drivers at the site either on the site or in a classroom environment
• Be involved in site inductions to new starters, refresher training and QHSE training
• Be an advocate for health & safety ensuring we are always operating in a safe environment
• Support our ‘step-up’ members of the team in their development at the site

What You Need To Succeed At XPO

• Excellent knowledge of end to end training cycle
• Strong leadership skills including motivation and team working
• Ability to influence others to deliver excellent results
• Strong interpersonal skills
• CLASS 2 LICENCE
