Qualifications

• Experience managing wraparound or school-based administrative processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate bookings, attendance and parent communications.
• Strong IT and data management skills with attention to safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of wraparound provision.
• Process bookings and attendance records.
• Coordinate voucher and childcare scheme requests.
• Use Arbor to maintain pupil records, bookings and communications.
• Liaise with parents regarding bookings, payments and enquiries.
• Support operational management of before/after-school provision.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school procedures.
• Support safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
• Support wider administration needs of the school.
