Job summary

Supply Heroes are recruiting for a Wraparound Care Manager in Sutton Coldfield for a supported before and after-school provision. The role leads day-to-day operations, with immediate start and potential long-term opportunity in a friendly, Ofsted-rated 'Good' primary school.

Ideal candidates will have Level 3 childcare/education qualifications, experience with children, and strong communication skills to supervise staff and engage pupils and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Playwork, Early Years, Education or related field.
• Experience working with children in school or childcare settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the wraparound care provision.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities for primary-aged children.
• Lead and support other staff within the provision.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and school staff.
• Ensure safeguarding, welfare and health & safety procedures are followed.
• Promote positive behaviour and create a welcoming environment.
• Maintain accurate records and administrative duties linked to the provision.
• Support the school's wider pastoral and childcare objectives.
