Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting a proactive Wraparound Care Manager for a welcoming primary school in the LE3 area. You will oversee Breakfast Club and Afterschool Club operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration and high standards of child care.

The role operates on a split-shift, term-time basis with immediate start available. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational, communication and safeguarding skills, and enjoy working with children, parents and school staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school, childcare or wraparound setting.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Manage breakfast and afterschool club bookings and registrations.
• Monitor attendance and maintain records.
• Coordinate staffing rotas and arrange cover.
• Act as main contact for parents and staff.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed.
• Support wraparound team to deliver a safe, engaging environment for pupils.
• Handle general administration related to the provision.
