Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting a proactive Wraparound Care Manager for a welcoming primary school in the LE3 area. You will oversee Breakfast Club and Afterschool Club operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration and high standards of child care.

The role operates on a split-shift, term-time basis with immediate start available. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational, communication and safeguarding skills, and enjoy working with children, parents and school staff.

Wraparound Care Manager - Breakfast & Afterschool Club

LE3 Area | Term Time Only | Immediate Start Available

A warm, welcoming primary school in the LE3 area is seeking an organised and proactive Wraparound Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration and smooth running of its popular Breakfast Club and Afterschool Club.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a school environment and has excellent organisational, communication and people-management skills.

The Role

Working on a split-shift basis, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful operation of the school's wraparound provision. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing breakfast and afterschool club bookings and registrations
• Monitoring attendance and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating staffing rotas and arranging cover when required
• Acting as the main point of contact for parents and school staff
• Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed
• Supporting the wider wraparound team to deliver a safe, engaging environment for pupils
• Handling general administration related to the provision

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Is confident communicating with parents, staff and external agencies
• Can effectively manage bookings, schedules and staffing requirements
• Has previous experience within a school, childcare or wraparound setting
• Is flexible, reliable and able to work independently
• Has a sound understanding of safeguarding procedures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
