Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting for a Wraparound Care Manager to oversee the Breakfast Club and Afterschool Club at a primary school in the LE3 area.

The role involves managing bookings, attendance, staffing rotas and safeguarding to ensure a safe, engaging environment for pupils. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, strong communication with parents and school staff, and previous experience in a school, childcare or wraparound setting.

Wraparound Care Manager - Breakfast & Afterschool Club
LE3 Area | Term Time Only | Immediate Start Available

A warm, welcoming primary school in the LE3 area is seeking an organised and proactive Wraparound Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration and smooth running of its popular Breakfast Club and Afterschool Club.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a school environment and has excellent organisational, communication and people-management skills.

The Role

Working on a split-shift basis, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful operation of the school's wraparound provision. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing breakfast and afterschool club bookings and registrations
• Monitoring attendance and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating staffing rotas and arranging cover when required
• Acting as the main point of contact for parents and school staff
• Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed
• Supporting the wider wraparound team to deliver a safe, engaging environment for pupils
• Handling general administration related to the provision
