B. Braun is seeking a Territory Manager for our Woundcare team to expand NHS and community care across South West England.

You’ll blend clinical knowledge with sales skills to grow access, secure formulary listings and deliver engaging product training. In this field-based role you’ll build trusted relationships with tissue viability teams, nurses, procurement and primary care, while delivering value-driven demonstrations and supporting formulary rollouts to improve patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales or clinical practice within UK healthcare system.
• Ability to build relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
• Resilience, professionalism and self‑motivation.
• Willingness to travel and hold a UK driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Develop territory plans to drive sales growth and meet targets.
• Build relationships with clinical, procurement and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Increase product access and advocacy through customer engagement and account management.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions and support formulary rollouts.
• Develop value propositions for NHS customers and partners.
• Maintain knowledge of woundcare market, clinical trends and competitor activity.
• Use market insights to identify opportunities for sales conversations.
