A charitable organization in Bristol is seeking a Workspace and Executive Assistant to deliver a welcoming front of house service and support the Executive Director. Responsibilities include managing workspace operations, updating risk assessments, and providing high-quality executive support. Ideal candidates will possess strong office management experience, excellent communication, and IT skills, along with knowledge of Health & Safety. This role offers a salary of £29,235 annually and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Location: Bristol
Pay: £29,235 per annum (pro rata for part time)
Contract: Permanent – full time 37.5 hours per week with flexible working and hybrid working (3 days a week at the Bristol City Centre Workspace)
The Workspace Executive Assistant will be based at the charity’s city centre head office and will lead on delivering a welcoming and efficient front of house service for colleagues and visitors. You will support the Planning, Governance and Assurance Directorate and provide Executive Assistant support to the Executive Director of Resources.
