Abingdon and Witney College is seeking a Senior Workshop Technician (Construction) at the Bicester Construction Campus. You will lead the workshop, support teaching staff with practical delivery, and ensure high standards of organisation, housekeeping and safety.
Plan and deliver technical demonstrations, inductions and equipment training for students and staff. You will manage tools, equipment and stock, liaise with suppliers and conduct regular stock audits to keep workshops running smoothly.
Act as the lead technical specialist within the workshop, supporting teaching staff with practical delivery, materials and equipment selection.
Support and supervise students in developing their practical skills, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
