Job description

This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced engineering environment and enjoys coordinating people, processes, and technical work.

As the Workshop Supervisor, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the function. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, Contracts, and Purchasing teams to keep production on track, support technicians, and maintain high standards across all workshop activities.

In the role you will be responsible toobtain and deliver monthly output targets, provide clear daily guidance to workshop technicians, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. You will oversee all workshop activities, including testing, final inspection and factory fitment of actuators and associated equipment.

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience supervising or coordinating workshop or engineering teams
  • Good understanding of mechanical or electromechanical equipment (actuators experience beneficial)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Commitment to high standards of safety and quality
