• Drive technician and workshop efficiency, productivity and utilisation.
• Lead regular workshop meetings and review performance data.

• Ensure audits guidelines are adhered to with staff engagement.
• Manage first time fix and return-to-workshop levels effectively.
• Identify strengths/weaknesses and highlight training needs.
