Somerville Shopfitting Ltd in Belfast seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead a small team, drive productivity and uphold safety standards across projects. You will coordinate daily work, oversee kit preparation, and ensure smooth material flow from goods-in to dispatch.

Responsibilities include implementing lean methods to reduce waste, maintaining inventory accuracy, and collaborating with the Project Manager, Logistics, and Procurement to meet client requirements on time and within quality

Formación

• Experience leading a small team in a warehouse, factory or site environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety policies and practices.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate stock records and inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day operations and motivate the team to hit productivity and quality targets.
• Oversee kit preparation, stock takes and stock control processes.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Logistics to plan workflows and meet client requirements.
