Job summary

HTC Oxford in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Workshop Foreman to lead a busy workshop and uphold safety, quality and productivity on a day shift. You will supervise technicians, plan workloads, and ensure accurate records and reports.

You will liaise with managers and suppliers, coach the team, and foster a safe, professional workshop environment with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, IMI or equivalent experience.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred.
• Additional licences such as HGV, LGV, MOT tester or forklift may be advantageous.
• Health and safety awareness or supervisory training is desirable.
