Job summary

Constellation seeks a skilled Sous Chef to join a busy kitchen supporting our 5,000+ UK venues. You will prepare food to menu specs, uphold Levy/Constitution standards, and ensure ingredients are available for the full menu matrix. Lead by example, coaching peers to maintain high culinary quality.

You'll work flexible shifts (evenings) with access to system training, competitive pay, and perks through Compass. Join a team that values excellence and career development.

Qualifications

• Hygiene and cleanliness is essential in a busy kitchen.
• Excellent communication to coordinate with team and service.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak periods.

Responsibilities
