Constellation Careers is seeking a Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen network, delivering culinary excellence across multiple Compass venues in the UK. You will work on contract catering shifts, with training provided to accelerate your career and the chance to play a key role in maintaining Levy standards.

Based in our bustling kitchen, you will prepare high-quality dishes, ensure ingredient availability, and support coaching of new team members while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant catering qualifications and Level 3 Food Hygiene.
• Allergen awareness and safety footwear required.
• Willingness to coach new team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to menu specifications while following Levy standards.
• Ensure ingredients are available for the menu matrix.
• Take pride in business and share standards with the team.
• Assist in coaching new team members as needed.
