Group 1 Automotive's Volkswagen Dartford site is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead day-to-day workshop operations in our busy aftersales department. You will coordinate service and repair work, maintain high standards of customer service, and drive performance across the team.

With excellent communication, organisation, and a passion for delivering great experiences, you will help us sustain profitability while providing career development opportunities across our 114 UK dealerships.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence required.
• Experience in motor industry in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and a passion for delivering great customer service.
• Experience in a main dealer environment.
• Strong industry knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day running of the workshop.
• Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets.
• Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers.
• Achieves agreed profits and retention levels.
