Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a main-dealer workshop.
• Current workshop controller or Assistant Manager experience preferred.
• Full UK driving licence, free from excessive penalties.

Responsibilities

• Utilise resources in the workshop to achieve budgeted objectives.
• Ensure effective communication between the Workshop and Front of House team.
• Lead, coach and develop the Workshop team for performance improvement.
• Manage workflow through the workshop to achieve productivity and efficiency.
• Drive a team culture of high performance.
