Qualifications
- Experience working in a main-dealer workshop or current Workshop Manager/Controller/Assistant Manager.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly.
- Customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities
- Utilising resources in the workshop to meet budgeted financial and operational objectives while ensuring the highest level of customer experience.
- Ensuring effective communication between the Workshop and Front of House teams to deliver top service.
- Leading, coaching and developing the Workshop team, conducting regular reviews and team meetings.
- Overseeing resource management and workflow to maximise productivity, efficiency and utilisation.
- Driving and maintaining a team culture of high performance and excellence.
