Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in workshop, fleet, vehicle servicing or transport administration.
• Strong organisation and customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communication; confident with digital systems.
• Understanding of vehicle safety and compliance, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage workshop bookings, job cards and service records.
• Provide customers with clear and timely updates.
• Support estimates, authorisations, invoicing and warranty work.
• Order parts and monitor stock and consumables.
• Maintain compliance records and support audits.
• Coordinate technician workloads and workshop priorities.
