Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Workshop Engineer in Wellingborough to join a national leader in the industry. The role involves working on modern forklift and material handling equipment, carrying out maintenance, inspection and testing, with a focus on safety and reliability.

We offer a Monday–Friday days position with training across electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems, progression opportunities, and overtime/benefits as part of a stable permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualifications and/or experience in workshop environments.
• Willing to undertake training across electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Mon-Fri days with clear progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, inspection and testing on Access, Material Handling and Forklift equipment.
• Electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems involved.
• On-site role, 8am–4pm Monday to Friday.

Workshop Engineer

Wellingborough (Commutable from: Northampton, Kettering, St Neots, Bedford, Rushden, Raunds, Corby)

£35,000 + (£45,000 OTE) + Monday - Friday days + Training + Progression + Overtime + Benefits

Do you have Engineering qualifications and/or experience looking to join a National leader in the industry in a workshop position coupled with full Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic training?

The company are a multi-million manufacturer of specialist Plant and Material Handling equipment supplying to leading facilities. This role is available due to internal growth plans.

This is a highly varied Monday - Friday days based role out of their modern, fully equipped and local depot. You will be based on site providing Service, Maintenance, Inspection and Testing on a range of Forklift machinery.

This role would suit a Plant, Mechanical or similar Engineer looking to progress technically, receive multi-skilled training and job a secure business.

The role.

• Maintenance, Inspection and Testing on Access, Material Handling, Forklift equipment.
• Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics involved.
• Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm).

The person.

• Plant, Forklift, REME, Material Handling, Vehicle background.
• Any Mechanical background welcomed.
• Commutable to Stafford.
