Job summary

Listers is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller for our Bristol-based Toyota/Chery Dealership. You will oversee workshop workflow, lead Technicians, and ensure exceptional customer service, working 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri and liaising between service roles to maximise productivity.

The role requires strong leadership, process discipline, and a proactive approach to driving efficiency and customer satisfaction in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within a dealership workshop is essential.
• Proven ability to lead Technicians and manage workflow.
• Strong focus on customer experience and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow of all jobs to brand standards.
• Lead a team of Technicians and ensure efficient workshop throughput.
• Coordinate between Service Advisors and Technicians for timely work.
• Drive KPI achievement and continuous process improvements.
• Plan resources and handover complex jobs with customer sign-off.
