Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or supervisor in automotive.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent understanding of repair processes and workshop management.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of eight technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Allocate job cards and prioritise tasks according to customer deadlines.
• Monitor workshop productivity and implement process improvements.
• Ensure high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction as a Workshop Controller.
• Maintain effective communication between service advisors, technicians, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshop.
