Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is recruiting an experienced Workshop Controller to lead day-to-day workshop operations at our Dagenham service centre. You will allocate work, monitor productivity, coach technicians and uphold quality, safety and manufacturer standards.

The role offers a £32,000 basic salary with a potential to earn up to £53,000 OTE, plus a strong bonus structure, ongoing manufacturer training and clear career progression within a modern, professional workshop environment.

Qualifications

Experience as a Workshop Controller or similar in the motor trade.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent technical knowledge and diagnostics.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop.
Allocating work to technicians based on skill and workload.
Monitoring productivity and ensuring timely job completion.
Motivating the workshop team to meet targets.
Maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety, and manufacturer compliance.
Liaising with Service Department to update customers on progress.
Assisting with technical queries and maintaining customer satisfaction.
