• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or strong workshop supervisory experience.
• A good understanding of automotive workshop operations.
• Confidence coordinating Technicians and workshop activity.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to prioritise and stay calm when things get busy.
• A professional approach to customer service and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating workflow within the workshop.
• Supporting Technicians and helping keep work moving efficiently.
• Liaising with Service Advisors throughout the repair process.
• Helping manage priorities when the workshop is busy.
• Maintaining clear communication across the Aftersales team.
• Helping ensure work is completed to the required standard and timescale.
• Supporting the wider workshop team to maintain an efficient operation.
