Job summary

Silcom Recruitment Limited is assisting a Guildford-based client in finding an experienced Workshop Controller to help run the workshop smoothly.

You will oversee daily operations, manage workflow and scheduling, supervise the team, and ensure high standards of customer service; you will maintain workshop records and drive efficient service delivery. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with no weekend work and a basic salary in the £36,000–£38,000 range plus a small bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role.
• Familiarity with RTC or Kerridge software preferred but not essential.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

The Role:

Are you an experienced Workshop Controller looking for an exciting new opportunity.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join a client of ours based in Guildford to ensure the smooth running of their workshop operations.

Familiarity with RTC and Kerridge software is preferred but not essential.

• Basic Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 [Experience Dependent] + Small bonus!
• Monday to Friday [8:00am – 18:00pm]!
• NO WEEKENDS
